Alana K. Vandeveer is a multifaceted professional blending expertise in media, real estate, public policy, and health innovation. Originally from Forest Lake, Minnesota, she grew up in a civically driven family rooted in leadership and service, which instilled in her a strong sense of purpose and authenticity. She earned a BA in Political Science and promptly obtained her real estate license, starting her career appraising residential properties before transitioning to commercial real estate appraisal in Minnesota and later commercial real estate in Florida after relocating to South Florida in 2015.
As a natural entrepreneur, Alana has launched multiple businesses across industries, showcasing her ability to connect with leaders, professionals, and public servants from diverse backgrounds. She currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications in her professional role. 0 Alana is best known as the host of The Alana Show, a hybrid radio and streaming program that features bold, real conversations infused with faith, street smarts, and heart. The show spotlights changemakers, challenges narratives, and reflects on national issues, while emphasizing civic engagement, freedom, liberty, and the vibrant South Florida lifestyle. It airs Tuesdays from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM, starting locally on the True Oldies Channel across South Florida, with worldwide streaming and video components.
